Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

01

Your Right to Opt Out

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state laws, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. RescueShift is operated by WhyUAscii LLC, a company based in Florida, United States. This page explains what that right means here and how to exercise it.

02

How This Applies to RescueShift

We do not sell your personal information for money. On our free tier, we may share limited identifiers with advertising partners so ads can be served and measured, and we use PostHog analytics to understand how our pages are used. Under CCPA/CPRA, some of this sharing for advertising or analytics can be treated as a sale or share. Your scheduling, roster, and training data is never sold or shared for advertising.

03

How to Opt Out

Use the opt-out control on this page to turn off advertising and analytics for your current browser or device. Your choice is saved for that browser. You can also change your preferences at any time using the Cookie Settings link in our footer. If you clear your cookies or use a different browser or device, you will need to opt out again there.

04

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends a valid GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser, and you do not need to take any further action here.

05

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may ask for proof that the agent is authorized to act for you and may ask you to verify your own identity directly with us where permitted by law.

06

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Opting out will not change the price of your plan or the core scheduling features available to you. On the free tier, opting out may mean you see less relevant ads rather than no ads.
